 Premium Control

The Six Zero Ruby Pickleball Paddle is the first paddle that uses 100% Aramid fiber, sourced from DuPont™ Kevlar® as its face material. The face material has a unique combination of high strength, high modulus, toughness and thermal stability. It has high impact resistance and is durable (abrasion resistant), meaning the paddle surface will last a long time and will be more resistant to wear compared to existing carbon faced paddles.  In addition, the cross-weave cloth pattern provides a bump in spin, grip and feel. The way the face grabs the ball really stands out along with the power generated. Six Zero spent over 10 months developing the Ruby paddle. There is a measurable difference between existing face materials and Kevlar® in terms of production workability and the process of imparting a raw textured surface. The Ruby paddle has an eye-catching red cloth matched with white trim highlights. The unibody paddle design builds on the carbon fusion edge thermoform technology developed by Six Zero across the Diamond Series.

High-Tech Production Process

To produce the highest quality and performance paddles the Ruby paddles are manufactured using multi-stage cold and hot mold process technology.

Aerodynamically Engineered Flared Design

The Ruby is designed to optimize reach and aerodynamics. A slightly flared shape improves the sweet spot in the core hitting zone of the paddle.

DuPont™ Kevlar® Textured Surface

A newly developed Premium American DuPont™ Kevlar® textured surface that provides amazing spin, grip and feel on the ball. Multiple interwoven layers add strength, power and controlled pop.

Carbon Fusion Edge Technology

To improve robustness, durability and responsiveness the Six Zero Team have developed Carbon Fusion Edge Technology.  Foam injection followed by a light-weight carbon seam fusing the top and bottom faces of the paddle results in a tighter crisp feel and an increased sweet spot that radiates around the paddle perimeter.

Premium Honeycomb Polymer Core

Tried and tested to ensure the ultimate power engine for lasting performance. The 16mm thick core gives the best power to control ratio.

3D Carbon Forged Elongated Handle

To maximize strength and performance Six Zero engineers have designed a 3D carbon forged handle.  The carbon face and fusion edge technology extends down the full length of the handle and is forged together under heat and pressure – 3D carbon.  The construction is designed to reduce vibration, ensuring comfortable play and a responsive feel.  The design allows for optimal flex, improving the paddle neck sweet spot.  A tapered neck and a 5.5” elongated handle accommodates for double backhand players. The handle is finished with a premium custom Six Zero perforated synthetic grip with a 4.125-4.25” circumference – suited to all sized hands.

Perfectly Balanced

The Six Zero engineering and quality control team paid particular attention to the importance of a perfectly weighted and balanced paddle. Ergonomics play an important role in player comfort and control.

Great paddle. Lots of spin, great for reset, you can play a soft game, enough power. Love it. I recommend the paddle.

Ruby & Racquet Science

I have played 6 hours with my very hard-to-get-my-hands-on - Ruby. It was worth the wait. My former paddle was powerful and poppy. I was looking for a little more control and a little less pop. The Ruby seems to be the goldilocks of what I was hoping for. Weight-my paddle 8.03oz; grip (feel and size), swing weight, and handle length are perfect for me. The feel on contact has changed from from first hour of play, to hour six of play in a good way. It seems to be softening up a little in that drives are more absorbed and resets more directable. My drives are fast and low, and again, I find them more directable. I am not a big spin hitter, but am experimenting with that. The extra bonus...the paddle looks pretty snazzy and I so appreciate that it came with a very nice, protective neoprene cover. Well done SixZero!!

Racquet Science-THANK YOU for the amazing service you provide! I am grateful beyond words for that. I was nervous ordering a paddle I wasn't able to trial and then ordering online, but I wanted the Ruby paddle soooo badly. My worry proved completely unfounded. THANK YOU to you and your team for your service and professionalism (and patience with my emails lol)!!

WoW Awesome Paddle

Love the new Ruby!! Lotsa pop from the baseline, can really notice an increase in power from back there. But not at the expense of resets and soft control. Not sure if its in my head but also a lot more spin I believe with topspin as well.
