Great bag but would still like more organization

I really enjoyed my online purchase experience. Although the bag description was incorrect (6 raquet instead of 12) Larry quickly addressed the error and offered to refund and organize return shipping. I did not take it as the bag worked out to be just the right size for myself anyhow and the 12 racquet probably would have been too big. The happy medium is probably the 9 racquet for me personally because I found that I wanted a bit more organization pockets, and if I had the external climate controlled compartment this would have worked out perfectly for my needs, but I also did not want to fuss around anymore and will just make this bag work for me. I would have also preferred having a few more small external pockets to separate my smaller items.
