Gearbox Slimfit Clear

I was hoping the Slimfit eyewear was going to be great because it’s hard to find smaller eyewear for small faces, and equally challenging to find ones that aren’t too masculine-looking.

What I like about these lenses are the small fit, they’re comfortable to wear, and the lenses are very clear with no obstruction from the frame, and they don’t fog up.

However, after wearing them a few times, I noticed that the lenses are only clear on the top half; on the bottom half I noticed a haze or cloudiness on the lens. I thought they were dirty but then realized it’s the way light (indoor and outdoor) hits the lenses and creates a haze or reflection on the lenses which impairs my vision while on the court. I have worn other eye protection that doesn’t do this so it’s disappointing.

Because I am happy with the comfort and fit of the Slimfit, I’m thinking of trying a pair with a smoked lens (for outdoor play) to see if this issue is eliminated.
